"Refund took longer than I expected"
I figured the refund would show up quickly once I sent the item back, so I was a little surprised it took a bit. The return itself was fine though, no major issues.

I ordered from Randy Fox and the delivery showed up faster than I thought it would. The tracking wasn’t amazing, but it gave me enough info to roughly know where my parcel was. It did arrive one day later than the original estimate, but not a big deal. I’m guessing they probably got busy or the courier had a small delay somewhere. Overall, happy with it, 4 stars from me.

I bought this from randyfox.com.au and at first I was mainly just happy with the price. Then when it arrived, I was actually surprised because the quality was better than I expected for what I paid. Delivery was smooth too, which was a relief because I’d been half-expecting some kind of hassle. No dramas in the end, and yeah, I’d probably use them again if I needed something similar.

I ordered from Randy Fox and, the shipping cost seemed fair. I was half expecting one of those annoying checkout surprises, but it didn’t feel like that at all. From the way the whole order came together, I got the impression they’re not trying to squeeze extra money out of you on delivery. It arrived without any issues too, so I’m happy enough.

The person I spoke with was really friendly and didn’t turn it into some big complicated thing. They just explained what I needed to do, helped get it sorted, and that was that.
Overall, it was just an easy, hassle-free experience. It’s always nice dealing with a place that actually replies and helps, so yeah, I’d definitely use them again.
